Aztec Exchange meets all global telephony & collaboration requirements through Solgari Cloud Services.

Aztec Exchange, a highly innovative global trade finance platform provider, with offices in Dublin, Cape Town, Miami, San Francisco and Singapore, is now addressing all international telephony & collaboration requirements through Solgari’s cloud based business communications solution.

Previously, Aztec Exchange was using BT and Avaya solutions across the various offices, however a number of limitations with this approach led to the assessment and adoption of Solgari’s Cloud Business Telephony & Collaboration service. All staff, no matter if office based or mobile, are on the same cloud communications system covering calls, presence, chat, call conferencing and all the specific business telephony requirements in each region. The integrated solution also covers Aztec Exchange’s global voice traffic and local number requirements with Solgari’s subscription based model removing the requirement for different carrier and on-premise telephony solutions.
